Medicine Ball Push-Out on Exercise Ball

This exercise enhances core strength and stability while developing the muscles of the shoulders and arms.

Instructions

  1. Start by holding the medicine ball close to your chest with both hands. Find your balance on both knees on the exercise ball. Be sure that your back is straight and your core is engaged.

  2. Slowly extend your arms out in front of you, keeping the medicine ball at shoulder height. Slowly bring the medicine ball back to your chest and repeat.
