Upper Body Rotation Standing on the Balance Board

Balance Board Abs Abs: Side Back Back: Lower Core

This exercise is a great way to challenge your balance.

Instructions

  1. Stand with perfect posture on the balance board. Your feet should be evenly placed on the balance board. Lift your arms out in front of you and keep your hands at about shoulder height.

  2. Exhale and reach your arms to the right, but keep your hips facing forward. Inhale and come back to the start position.

  3. Exhale, and repeat the movement to the left side. Repeat 3-5 times per side, rest, then repeat the exercise if desired.
