Exercise Ball Core Stability and Balance with Medicine Ball

This is an excellent core stability, strength, and balance exercise.

Instructions

  1. Make sure you have a sufficient amount of space around you. Kneel on exercise ball holding the medicine ball out to the side with one arm (keep arm slightly bent). Keep abdominals engaged throughout the exercise while maintaining normal breathing.

  2. Slowly move the medicine ball in front of you to switch from one hand to the other.

  3. Slowly move the medicine ball to the other side, return to center and repeat.
