Balance on All-Fours on Exercise Ball

Exercise Ball Abs Abs: Side Back Back: Lower Core

This is an effective exercise for training balance and core stabilizers.


  1. Place your hands on the exercise ball. Bring one knee onto the ball and once you have found your balance bring your other knee up onto the ball. Start by holding this position for 15-30 seconds. After you have comfortably mastered the balance for 30 seconds, you can increase difficulty by lengthening the time.
