BOSU Abs: Side Back: Lower Core

This exercise improves core stability.

Instructions

  1. Lay on your side on the BOSU with your arms crossed across your chest, making sure that your shoulder is not touching the ground. Slowly raise your feet off the ground and hold this position, balancing on the BOSU for 15-45 seconds, then switch sides and repeat.

  2. Keep your abs tight and maintain breathing throughout the exercise.
