Scapular Retraction with the Exercise Band

Exercise Tube or Band Back Shoulder: Rear Trapezius: Middle

This is a simple exercise that can be done anywhere.


  1. Stand upright holding the band at about shoulder height. Keep the band close to your body.

  2. As you pull the band apart, squeeze your shoulder blades together, keeping the band at shoulder height.
