Side and Arm Stretch on the Exercise Ball

Exercise Ball Abs Abs: Side Back Back: Lower Lats

This exercise stretches the shoulder and side.


  1. Sit upright on a stability ball with your feet just a bit wider than hip width. Make a "U" shape with your arms.

  2. Reach your left hand up toward the ceiling. Return to the start.

  3. Now stretch your right arm up toward the ceiling.
