Simple shoulder stretch


  1. Kneel on the floor and sit on your heels. Lean forward towards the ground with one arm out-stretched above your head. Place the palm of this hand flat on the ground and lean into this stretch as far as it feels comfortable. Keep your other arm out to the side for balance.
