Exercise Ball Neck

This is a great exercise to do after a workout or during a break at work.


  1. Sit upright on a stability ball or chair. Keep your shoulders relaxed.

  2. Without turning your hips or shoulders, exhale and turn your head to the left.

  3. Inhale, coming back to the start position (looking straight ahead).
