Neck Range of Motion on the Foam Roller

Foam Roller Neck Trapezius: Upper

This is a great exercise for loosening the muscles of the neck.


  1. Place the foam roller on the center of an exercise mat. Lie on the foam roller. If you have one, rest your head on the Head Align. Your knees should be bent, feet relaxed, arms relaxed out to the sides. Now let your head roll gently to one side, without forcing it.

  2. Bring your head back to the center, then let your head roll to the other side.
