Standing Thigh Stretch

Instructions

  1. Grab your left foot with your left hand and pull your foot to your left buttocks. Hold for 15-30s and then switch legs and hands.

  2. You can also grab your foot with the opposite hand and pull your foot to the center of your buttocks. Do not pull to the other side as that will put strain on your knee.
