Neck Stretch Forward

None Neck Trapezius: Upper

This exercise is designed to relieve tension in the neck.


  1. Start in a standing position with feet shoulder width apart.

  2. Bring your left ear towards your left shoulder and hold. Hold for 2 seconds.

  3. Gently roll your head forward and bring your chin in towards your chest. Hold for 2 seconds. Roll your head then to the right and continue until your head rolls back to the center. Repeat twice.
