This stretch focuses mainly on the lower back. It is done with 2 people and is great after any sport or workout.
- Start by having one person sitting on the floor with their legs spread apart, and hands resting in front. The other person should be behind them on their knees facing the other person's back.
- The person in front slowly bends the torso towards the ground with the assistance of the person behind pressing gently on the LOWER back. Hold for 3-5 seconds and return to starting position.
- Suggested reps: 2-3 per person.
