You can do this stretch almost anywhere - on a ball at home, or on a chair at the office!
- Sit up straight, with your shoulders relaxed. Bring your left ear down toward your left shoulder.
- Now turn your head so that your nose points toward your left armpit. You should feel a slight stretch in the muscles along the right side of your neck.
Hold for 10-15 seconds.
- Repeat on the other side. Hold for 10-15 seconds.
Repeat this stretch at least twice each way.
