2 Person Arm Stretch

None Shoulder: Front

This 2 person stretch helps to relieve tension in the arms. It is great to do for any team sports involving throwing.

Instructions

  1. Start with one person standing sideways, the other facing forward. The person standing sideways should have their feet shoulder width apart and arms crossed. The person facing forward should have a stride like stance, and their arm back, with their hand grasping the farthest side of the other person. Once in this position the person with their arm back should pull the same shoulder forward. Hold for 2 seconds and release. Alternate arms and partners for a complete stretch.

  2. Suggested reps: 2-5 for alternating arms.
