Side Neck Stretch

Exercise Ball Neck

This is a great exercise to do at home or at your desk.


  1. Sit upright on a stability ball with your shoulders relaxed and hands resting on your thighs.

  2. Keeping your back straight, tilt your head down toward your left shoulder. Hold for 15-20 seconds.

  3. Repeat as above to the right side.
