This is a great exercise to do after a workout
- Sit upright on an exercise ball or chair. Keep your shoulders relaxed.
- Keeping your back straight, exhale and tuck your chin down toward your chest.
- Inhale and lift your chin slowly. Look up toward the ceiling, going only as far as your comfortable. Exhale and slowly tuck your chin back down toward your chest.
Repeat this movement 2-4 times.
