Easy Cheesy Apple Sweetie

This is a low-fat sweet recipe for breakfast or dessert or simply when you're craving for something sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium fuji apple, cored and diced
  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp raisins
  • 1 oz Genisoy Pralined Soy Nuts
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 packet Splenda (1g)

Instruction

  1. Put all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and gently toss. Serve immediately.
