A great way to cool off on a hot afternoon!
- 3/4 cup fat-free milk
- 2/3 cup sliced ripe banana
- 1/2 cup peeled, sliced fresh peach
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth.
- Add frozen yogurt; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
