Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 2/3 cup sliced ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup peeled, sliced fresh peach
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla fat-free frozen yogurt

Instruction

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth.
  2. Add frozen yogurt; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
