A 4lb loss to report in!
Attempting to get into the weighing once a week routine ~ YIKES! That would be a challenge for me since I'm a scale-aholic!

A total of 4.6 pounds lost this week - woohoo. Feel like I am back on track after my little slip up. I am sure the weight loss will be less next week but at a 2 pound a week rate, I will make my birthday goal which would be brilliant.

(Don't know why my bottom ticker says 4.59 on the picture and 4.6 on the writing, must be a bug in the programming!)
 
Great job on your 4 lb loss! You are definately back on track!! Keep up whatever you were doing! You are on fire!! So nice of you to get a volunteer job... you are so sweet!! Hope you're having a great weekend!!
 
Had a really nice weekend. Thanks for all the support and kind words guys. Sat in the garden today (been the first day it hasn't been raining for ages!) Had not a bad weekend food wise but have noticed I have needed to eat more as when I am sat at home a bit bored I notice the hunger a bit more.

Week 2 of the diet starts and still feeling good about it all. Drinking plenty of water and really pleased because its made my skin look sooooo much better - who needs expensive treatments when 2 litres of water a day looks good. Decided to treat myself to a small choccy bar today but still within my calories - woohoo

Awwww, keep it up anyway, it may not look like its doing anything but I read somewhere that water is one of the best products to reduce the signs of ageing in the skin (I sound like an advert :) )
 
Had a good day, cleaned the house (it was a dump - eek) and got a lot of work done. Gonna have a lazy evening with some movies I think. Booked a weekend away in Oct for my boyfriends birthday which should be great fun, its nice to have holidays to look forward to, although a little nervous about boarding our cat for the first time!

Todays food was good, and I drank plenty of water!

Feel better when I eat more meals in a day, just impossible to do when I am out for the day. I think I was eating too few meals and calories at the start of my diet so I am making sure I have some kind of snack in the evening time to make up the deficit. Don't want to be going into starvation mode!
 
Errggghhhh - I hate 10 hour days :( Will sleep well tonight! Good food again and 3 miles of fastish walking!

Woohoo - Its Friday! I love the weekend. Looking forward to my childrens charity volunteering tomorrow (although I am tempted by a lie in instead - only kidding :)) 2 miles walked today and an entire day on my feet (I hope that counts for something. I just went to the supermarket and found this new brand of ice cream snacks. I am not sure if USA or anywhere else gets them but I am really impressed. They are called Skinny Cow and its only 97 calories per ice cream with about 3 grams of fat. I bought triple chocolate flavour - yummy!

I very much enjoyed the volunteering today, made me feel like I had helped! Not much exercise really but under the calorie limit. Going to a friends and out for drinks later, am the driver so I can stick to diet coke!

I lost 2.8 pounds this week! My ticker is looking really good and I am very much on my way to meeting my birthday goal! I am so pleased. Its nice to see that when you make an effort it actually pays off. I am really happy and very motivated to carry on with another good week. I think the walking was really helping as well so am going to keep that up!
