He has actually started his new job in the city we live in so he is here at the moment. Being very supportive and helping me make healthy choices :)

Had a good day again, ran up 10 billions sets of stairs (well it felt like it) and walked my 3 miles. Good food and kind of different to what I have been eating recently as I am trying to shake it up a bit. Looking forward to the weekend, volunteering tomorrow morning and then gonna chill out. Got some of my boyfriends friends staying over, they are going on a pub crawl, and I am going to stay in and get some work done (and probably drive them round places!!)

Had a really good day. Did my volunteering this morning and then been entertaining boyfriends friends from back home. Showed them the joys of my city and manage to get them drunk along the way! They are currently eating the local takeaway delicacy - Curry! I was driving so had one Mojito which was yummy. Wasn't tempted by the curry or offer of any other takeaway and therefore calories have actually been very low today - eek.

Weight in tomorrow morning - hope I have managed to lose some weight as I have worked really hard this week.

Lost 2.8 pounds this week - really really pleased. Its nice to see that the hard work is paying off and that the program I have set up for myself is working. I am really close to my completing my birthday challenge and hoping that I can keep all this up for another few weeks. My next goal in my head is to go from a UK size 14 (US 12 - I think) down to a UK size 12 (US 10) Ultimately my goal will be a UK size 10.

No exercise today, but drank loads of water and ate pretty well. 2 weeks to go till my party and am hoping to lose a bit more weight before the day. I may buy myself a new outfit!

Had the day off because I wasn't feeling too good. Nice just to lie down, chill out and catch up on loads of bad tv. Watched about 10 episodes of ER! Done no exercise but will be back on the 3 mile walk tomorrow, and have a monster ward round so will be running up and down stairs like there is no tomorrow! Less than 2 weeks till my party, I haven't lost as much weight as I would have liked. It was a shame I had that 2 weeks off in the middle otherwise I would have been much further along. Oh well, instead of shocking all my friends at my birthday I will save it all for Christmas. My final goal should be just about met for mine and my boyfriends 6 year anniversary so thats something to aim for.

You will make your goal by Christmas! You will still look awesome at your party even if you aren't exactly where you want to be. You've come such a long way!!! Hope you are feeling better!!

Another long long day! Did all my walking and am pretty drained right now. Managed to resist when all my friends had cheesecake from the canteen, I just enjoyed my melon instead! Boyfriend has just got himself an x-box - thinking that I will never see him again now he has started his quest on Medal of Honor!

Oh Rubber Duckie... how sad that your bf got an xbox. Take a picture of him... it's all you will have now. ;) I can't believe you resisted cheesecake!!!!! I would eat a picture of a cheesecake I love it so much. Anyway, good job on your exercising!!!! YAY for you! You are awesome!

I know, I am trying, I have been eating breakfast on the weekends, just can't face food in the morning before I leave. I am going to try and eat some at around 10am when I get a break, hopefully that will help!

Ran up a gazillion stairs today, my legs are so tired but I didn't cave in and take the stairs. Also walked my 3 miles - feeling good, hope the scales think so too!

0.8 pounds lost this week. Not as good as the weeks before but having lost almost 6 pounds in the 2 weeks before I am probably just slowing down a bit. Going to try and mix up all the foods and keep up having breakfast. One last push towards birthday goal and then onto holiday goal after that.
