Had a great day today, felt like I learnt loads and actually helped some patients, its nice to feel like all the studying is paying off. Walked my 3 miles (in the rain so it was fast walking) and ate pretty well. Got a few left over calories so will be treating myself tonight. No more Skinny Cow for the time being, had my last one this evening and enjoyed every single bite - the supermarket best get them back in soon!!

Birthday party plans are coming on nicely. Thinking of all the nice food I can make for my friends (even though I can't eat it myself) Did discover that Bacardi (25ml) and diet coke only has 54 calories. So pleased that I can have a few drinks and not break my diet. The birthday meal the next day may ruin it a bit but I will try to make healthy choices.
