I really love the ice creams - the chocolate one is especially good as I feel like I am eating a fattening chocolate ice cream for only 97 calories. I almost feel like I am cheating but the calories don't lie (I hope!!) I was looking on the internet and found this -http://www.skinnycow.com/ Seems the USA do have Skinny cow but the varieties are different! I am happy with my triple chocolate ice cream :)
 
I went to the supermarket today and they had run out of Skinny Cow :( so I bought cadburys dairy milk mini bars (110 calories 5g fat each) Not quite the same but it will quench my chocolate addiction for a while. Walked 3 miles today, food not bad again.

Had a great day today, felt like I learnt loads and actually helped some patients, its nice to feel like all the studying is paying off. Walked my 3 miles (in the rain so it was fast walking) and ate pretty well. Got a few left over calories so will be treating myself tonight. No more Skinny Cow for the time being, had my last one this evening and enjoyed every single bite - the supermarket best get them back in soon!!

Birthday party plans are coming on nicely. Thinking of all the nice food I can make for my friends (even though I can't eat it myself) Did discover that Bacardi (25ml) and diet coke only has 54 calories. So pleased that I can have a few drinks and not break my diet. The birthday meal the next day may ruin it a bit but I will try to make healthy choices.

Thanks for the support guys, feeling good about the diet and think I am starting to notice a change in my weight in the mirror too! Had a good day food wise, and walked my 3 miles. Think that I should probably be doing more exercise but so busy at the moment I am having trouble fitting it all in.

I know, the box is even funnier, its got a cow on the front thats skiny and posing like a model - makes me smile everytime I get one.

Had a good day exercise-wise. Did my 3 miles walking (in the stupid rain again) but took the stairs all day so walked 4 flights of stairs 6 times - thats got to be worth something (especially as my legs are soooooo sore) Food was good again but getting a bit bored of eating the same things - am going to do some research on calories of things to see if I can jazz it up a bit!

I know, I have been very naughty - eek. Its just I start so early (7am) I just can face it that early. I have been eating half my lunch at about 10am so am hoping that helps a bit. Will be eating breakfast again over the weekend though!
 
Great job with your exercising!!! Is your bf currently working out of town right now? If he is when he gets home you will shock him!!
