0.8 pounds lost this week. Not as good as the weeks before but having lost almost 6 pounds in the 2 weeks before I am probably just slowing down a bit. Going to try and mix up all the foods and keep up having breakfast. One last push towards birthday goal and then onto holiday goal after that.

I feel your pain, hehe i can loose heaps one week and not much the week after.
It all evens out though eventually :D

Thanks, was feeling a bit down yesterday but am just going to plough on because I really want to reach my goal. Going to do my best this week, and then it will all probably slide at the weekend and on Monday for my birthday, and then back on the diet full power for 2 weeks until my holiday, then after that Christmas is my next, and hopefully final goal.

Food was ok yesterday, forgot what I had but I am sure it added up to around 1100 calories. Went for a walk (about 2 miles) and also bought an ice shaver for my party to help make mojitos! Getting very excited - I love parties!
 
I'm so jealous of you party!! haha. It sounds like a lot of fun!! You deserve to party it up!! I have been meaning to ask you... With the weight you've lost and all the exercising you've been doing I'm sure you've toned up and are looking awesome! Has your soon to be mother in law said anything? I remember you told me she was a tad horrible to you so I was just wondering! Hope you are having a fantastic day!!

I haven't seen her yet, she lives about 300 miles away so we dont visit much. I think then next time I will see her is in 3 weeks as we are stopping off on are way to the holiday - wonder if she will notice anything!

Had a good day, nearly finished all my work for the day and preparing to watch Hells Kitchen - I love the show it makes me laugh so hard! Bought some cocktail umbrellas as the finishing touch to the mojitos - really excited - 7 days to go till my birthday - woohoo!

Cereal (113 calories)
Milk (68 calories)

Lunch
Green olives and light feta cheese salad (200 calories)
Melon (56 calories)
Ice pop (31 calories)

Dinner
Grilled chicken with peppercorn sauce (230 calories)
Mashed potatoes (200 calories)
Mixed veggies (100 calories)

Total = 998 calories (enough left for my curly wurly chocolate bar later!)
 
Had a hellish day yesterday :( gonna be another one today. Managed to keep my calories under 1100 so that was an achievement. On count down till my party - 3 days to go - bring it on!

My day was rubbish :( its nearly over though - will just go to sleep and wake up fresh tomorrow. There are days when I wished I had picked an easier profession to go in to - well at least I have only 9 months left on my course to go.

I made millionaire shortbread for my party - I didn't taste a bite but it looks really yummy - hope everyone else likes it - and I may treat myself to a small piece at the party! Going to get my hair cut tomorrow and maybe go shopping to pick a new top to wear.

Calories good today, I have my usual salad, melon, raisins and macaroni cheese (low fat) Think it added up to about 1150. Will weight myself on Saturday of this week because that is the end of my Septemeber/birthday goal.
 
RD, I'm sorry your day was so bad :( But on the food note, you're doing a GREAT job!

Get some sleep and start a brand new day tomorrow!
 
Sorry about your bad day... :( At least you are closing in on the end and you're doing great with every other area in your life! Your party is almost here and I bet you will look so gret with your new haircut and top!!!!
 
Thanks everyone, having slept on it all I feel much better now. Just looking forward to my party and seeing all my friends (and having a few mojitos!)

I cheated a bit this morning, I normally only weight in once a week but needed a pick me up so jumped on the scales and I am down to 151! - my final challenge pound gone. I am so pleased!
 
Hi! I'm new to this . Been doing it a couple weeks now and just barely started me own diary. I read the first part of your diary and that sounds so much like me! I have't read all of your diary, (I don't have time!)but, I would like to say you are doing good! Congrats on your decision to change what you didn't like!
 
Had a crappy day so decided to have chip-shop chips for tea :( Can't work out exactly how many calories they contain but guessing around 800 - eek. Had cereal, salad and melon for breakfast and lunch so adding up to a total of about 1250 - doesn't seem too bad but the chips are loaded with fat so that can't be good. Whats done is done and tomorrow is a new day. Will start back again tomorrow and try not to feel too guilty!
 
YAY for your last challenge pound gone!!! Don't worry about today! You've done great these past few weeks! One little slip up won't do anything! Hope tomorrow is better for you!!
 
Congrats on losing that last challenge poud!! Keep up the great work - and dont beat yourself up about the little booboo we have em. ;)
