Lucy's Fit Life (Contains large amounts of nut butter and coffee)

Cost more than I would like to spent, at least on Amazon. But will keep looking into it and see how badly I want it.

Urgh really don't feel good about the chemistry test I did today. We were given a pretty broad spectrum of what to study and of course most of it was stuff I HADN'T studied. It was a multiple choice so a lot of them I just had to guess answers. So angry. Really should've studied more but just don't seem to find the time, and on Sunday I just couldn't concentrate on anything. My fault really, guess all I can do is hope I scrape by with a pass and study harder next time.

Cleaned the house this afternoon for rent inspection on Thu, I vacuumed, mopped, wiped all the walls, cleaned the kitchen. Fun stuff. Going out for lunch with Wade tomorrow, then uni in the arvo.

Food plan for tomorrow

S (pre-workout) Homemade pizza bread
B 2 eggs, bacon, grilled tomato in butter
S Individual cheesecake
L (out) Salmon and veg
D Leftover pizza

Total calories Not sure because I'm out for lunch, around 1700-1800 would be my guess

Exercise 20mins walking to gym and back, 30mins PT (back day), 20mins walking to uni and back

Had a nice day today! Went out for lunch with Wade, we went to Hog's Breath for lunch. Food wasn't great, I had prawns as an entrée (they were awesome) and I ordered salmon as a main which they waaaaay overcooked (I ordered medium and it was well done) and Wade's steak was well done too. Wasn't too happy but my salmon still tasted really good, the salad with it however was soaked in a salad dressing I didn't like so I only ate salmon lol. Then we went to Starbucks and I had coffee while Wade had cake. After that I went to uni then came home and cleaned up a bit as we have a rent inspection tomorrow.

SO! This week I'm majorly cracking down on the food. No more erythritol, less protein, going to keep my calorie average below 1900. I'm determined to see a really decent loss this week! I made a few things today to get me through the week, protein pudding as a pre-workout (made from eggs, coconut milk, stevia and cinnamon), crackers (made from almond meal, egg, olive oil, sea salt) and 'fat bombs' to help bulk the calories up without adding extra protein or carbs. I used this recipe: They aren't very sweet but they're SO good. They taste like salted chocolate!! Ok so seeing how the week goes... my goal is 69.5kgs or less, so really only 400g. I can do this!!

Food plan for tomorrow

S (pre workout) Protein pudding
B Hot cereal with ricotta, egg, cream, hazelnut butter
S 2 eggs
L Leftover 1/4 pizza
S 2 mini babybel cheeses
D 2 sausages, broccoli

Gym this morning was brutal as always. Can't believe I still have to do legs again this week, urgh. 2 more days till a rest day, I'm sure I'll survive. Just seems rough haha. Glad I don't have any super early gym days this week, I've been sleeping really well and almost all the way up to my alarm and want to keep that going as long as I can.

House is all spotless for the rent inspection, had to vacuum again this morning as the cats played chasey ALL NIGHT and there was chunks of cat fur everywhere. Lil shits! My breakfast was soooooooooo good, I didn't actually realise how good it was as my whole bowl is usually strawberries. It actually tastes a LOT like custard! Even better with the chunks of nut butter, nom nom nom.

Rest of the day... I have work in a couple of hours, pretty short day today. Nothing after that, hurray! Husband and I have tomorrow off together so I'm going to get some study done early in the morning then I'm thinking of dragging him out for a walk in the afternoon. I've been wanting to since my knee stopped hurting again but just haven't had the time!

Food plan for tomorrow

S (Pre workout) Protein pudding
B 2 leftover sausages, 2 eggs cooked in butter
S Fat bomb
L Salad with cheddar, guacamole, tomato, spinach, cucumber, capsicum
S Bulletproof coffee
D 100g roast beef, cauliflower, broccoli, homemade gravy

Exercise 20mins walking to the gym and back, 30mins PT (shoulders and arms tomorrow), possibly a long walk if I can convince Ash to leave the house

Couldn't stop eating when I got home, I'm so tired so think that's the reason. Ate 2900 cals, all healthy stuff just too much. My sister is in labour now too, has been all arvo and she went to hospital around 4pm and haven't heard from her for 2 hours now, hoping all is going well for her. So could be me being anxious too!!! Going to be an aunty soon!

6 days left in the week, going to do 1700 cals a day to make up for today. I'd say I'll be sleeping early tonight, all I want to do is sleep.

Congrat on becoming an Aunt...It is a fun job...I was8 when I became one....so much fun to have a live doll to play with lol! you aredoing awsome on the work out as usuall!!! Good job Aunt Lucy!!!lol

Thanks guys!!!! She didn't have her bub till 7am so she was in labour for almost 2 days, yikes. All is well though, I've been sent a pic and he's beautiful! They called him Oscar. Can't wait to see him when I go home next week!!!!!

Gym was really good this morning, did arms and shoulders. Had a really strong session and already starting to feel a bit sore! Can't believe I have to do legs again tomorrow though, my butt was still a bit sore today from Tue.

I think I might be getting a cold, really sneezy today. It's driving me crazy! I don't think it's just hayfever unfortunately. I usually only get nose problems when I have a cold and only lasts a couple of days, so hopefully it won't put me out much. Actually planning on going for a walk today, it's so nice out. Charging my Ipod now as I don't think Ash will come for a walk with me.

Food plan for tomorrow

S (pre workout) Protein pudding
B Hot cereal with 100g ricotta, cream, egg and topped with macadamia butter

So yesterday sucked food-wise.... I was feeling pretty sick by the middle of the afternoon and ended up eating waaaaay too much. Ended up eating 3700 calories, then went for a walk and surprisingly felt better. This morning I woke up and I was fine! So it was either a very short-lived cold I managed to kill or I had insane hayfever yesterday. I slept really well last night too, went to bed pretty early at 9pm and then didn't wake up until 6:30am.

Didn't have PT today either, had a msg from her this morning saying she was sick so I went to the gym myself and did 30mins on the bike- I did 5mins warm up, 5 mins of the first 20secs of each minute on really high intensity standing up, then repeated that until I had done 30mins. When I got off the bike I just about fell off, haha. Walked home like I was walking home after legs day! HRM said I burned about 370cals in the 30mins I was there so happy with that.

Working 10-4.30 today, then I don't work for almost a fortnight as Mon is a public holiday here! Then I have my holidays. YAY!

Food plan for tomorrow

B Bacon, 2 eggs grilled in butter
S Fat bomb
L Salad with cheese, tomato, capsicum, cucumber, spinach, guacamole. Homemade cracker
S 2 hard boiled eggs
D Leftover roast beef with broccoli, cauliflower and gravy

Exercise Nothing! Tomorrow will be an exercise free day!! And one full of study, ew.

Doing anything special for vacation, or just celebrating around home? Granted where you currently live sounds like an awesome vacation for me so...

I'm flying home for a friends wedding. Was just lucky that it happened to be around the same time my sister was due to have her baby!

Haha where we live now is amazing, its pretty much the holiday place to go in Australia... where I'm from (WA) always gets ragged on by people from everywhere else as being so far away and being in the past which is so true. I love where we are now! I do have to say though we had planned to only be here temporarily (3-4 years) but my husband loves it here way more than I thought he would and he's told me he's not sure he'd want to move back, so we'll see what happens!

At work right now and I'm sooooo bored. Been on Reddit for around 2 hours as customers are pretty far apart. Falling asleep in my chair.

Spent allllllllll day eating and doing an assignment. It was poos. I'm so mentally exhausted, so glad it's over though! I get my results from my chem exam tomorrow too which is making me a little paranoid.

Cuz I've eaten so shitty the past week I'm going to knuckle down a bit... try and get closer to my deficit average again (or at the very least leaning away from a gain!) Not going to weigh in this Thu anyway as I have to get up before 5am as it is to get to the gym on time before I fly out. Aiming for a 1700 calorie average for 10 days, after that I'll be upping my average to about 1850 again. I can't believe I dropped the ball so much this week after being so good for so long!!!

When I weigh in in 10 days the goal is just to be the same as what I was (69.9kgs). Anything less will just be a bonus! After that I've set a longer term goal- 63kgs by the weigh day before my birthday (6th Feb- my bday is the 11th) and my end goal is 58kgs by the 1st May. After that... Thinking of doing a month of reverse dieting and then a slow bulk for 5-6 months. Got to get to my goal first though to see what I'm working with!

B Hot cereal with ricotta, egg, cream, macadamia butter
S 2 hard boiled eggs

Exercise Going for a bike ride in the morning! Haven't decided if actual bike ride or gym yet

Today I thought I was going to fail hard... didn't go to bed till 1am, woke up at 7, felt like crap and didn't want to ride my bike... then ate my pre-workout, my breakfast, and my morning tea all within an hour. I was still full from last night too, don't know whaaat was up. Watched a couple of TV shows, then decided to get on with the rest of my uni work I needed to catch up on... which led to me doing nothing, just browsing the internet etc. For AGES. Then I got bored and still couldn't wrap my head around doing my study stuff so decided to go for a bike ride. It was SO packed on the waterfront, today is a public holiday here and I had to dodge a lot of people. Also was insanely windy and by the time I got home the sky was pretty dark, think it might even rain soon. Anyway, got it done when I thought I wouldn't!! Here's what Mr HRM said about it:

Duration: 44:22
HR Avg: 136bpm
HR Max: 174bpm
Calories burned: 306

My HR only got so high because I was riding against the wind on the way back, and there's a hill I have to go up to get home. It was a pretty painful couple of minutes at the end there! A lot of it was start-stop, so many kids around running all over the foot path. Proud I went, feel really good again!! Also have stuck to all my food despite eating majority of it within an hour first thing in the morning. Super happy to say... Perfect day 1 down, 9 to go!!

Food plan for tomorrow

S (pre workout) protein pudding
B 2 eggs cooked in butter, bacon
L Wrap with smoked salmon, cheese, mayo and tomato
S Fat bomb
D Leftover chicken with shirataki noodles, cauliflower, green beans and a mustard sauce

Exercise 20mins walking to the gym and back, 30mins PT (leg day), 30mins walking to uni and back

I eventually got some uni work in, left it to the last minute though so I still need to study this morning before I go to class and then do my last online unit this afternoon. I only have so much to do because we leave Thursday first thing so it all needs to be done before I go, I don't want to play catch up when I get back. So today will be a busy and slightly boring day full of uni lol... Tomorrow will be busy busy! I have gym at 7am, chiropractor at 9am, then straight out to pick up my husbands suit, then I'm getting my nails done, hoping to be home by midday as then I have to pack and be completely ready to go... Uni at 3-6pm, then last minute bits n pieces. Thursday morning I'll have no time for anything, I have PT at 5:30-6, then we need to be gone by 6:30am lol. So I'll be showering before I go to the gym and eating super fast when I get home, then I'll be all stinky on the flight in my gym clothes. Eh, it's a budget airline anyway, I'm sure I won't be the only stinky person on there haha!

Well, I'll put down tomorrows food and what I'm planning to do the next day...

Food plan for tomorrow (Wed)

S (pre workout) protein pudding
B Spiced muffin experiment
L Homemade wrap with smoked salmon, cheese, tomato and mayo
S Fat bomb
D Chicken with shirataki noodles, cauliflower and green beans in a homemade mustard sauce

Total calories 1652 F62% C9% P25%

Exercise 20mins walking to the gym and back, 30mins PT, 20mins walking to uni and back, and a lot of running around all day like a headless chicken!

For Thursday, I won't be eating anything on the plane due to my food allergies (wicked)... So I'm having my pre-workout snack, a HUGE breakfast, then when we land it'll be around 2.30pm in our current timezone (only 12.30 in WA). Going to eat at our fav café there so I know what I'm eating. Won't be at my parents place until around 4pm, as I figure landing/ gathering bags will take us till 1pm, ordering food and eating will take till 2pm, then we have to pick up our rental car and the drive home is just over an hr and a half. I have enough room in my calories for a small dinner.

Food plan for Thursday

S (pre workout) Protein pudding
B Spiced breakfast muffin with macadamia butter
L (after our flight) Bacon, poached eggs, grilled tomato
D Have wiggle room for a light 300cal dinner at my parents place (EASY! They eat the same as I do)

Total calories (not including dinner) 1321 F73% C6% P21%

Exercise 30mins PT (won't be walking there Thu, got the tiniest amount of time in the morning!)

Enjoy the vacation.

At the very least the plane ride will give you time to relax and stop running around.

"D Chicken with shirataki noodles, cauliflower and green beans in a homemade mustard sauce"

This sounds good and is fitting in with my desire to improve my diet with more lean proteins and vegetables.

Thanks guys!!!

MrVee- I make the chicken first by adding to a slow cooker: 1kg of chicken breasts (usually cut one breast into 3 pieces), then I cover it with just enough chicken stock (around 1-2 cups), add roughly 2 tbsp. seeded mustard, then salt, pepper, and a bit of onion and garlic powder and I leave it to slow cook all day while I'm at work. When I get home I'll cook whatever veges and prepare the shirataki noodles (usually just cover them with boiling water for a minute then rinse really well). When that's all done I'll fish all the chicken out of the slow cooker and put it on a plate, then I'll add the juices left (there's a lot) to a blender with about 1/2 tsp of xanthan gum (to thicken slightly. Cornstarch works too) and a bit of either butter or cream then I blend till I'm happy with it. Then I divide chicken, veges, and noodles between however many serves I want and add probably 1/4 cup sauce to the top. I don't use all the chicken either, what's left over gets shredded and placed in the fridge for sandwiches/ omelettes/ nibbling. Other sauces that are awesome are homemade pesto, soy and garlic, satay etc. One of my favourite lazy meals!! Works with any leftover meat too, beef, meatloaf, salami etc. I throw anything with anything at least once!

Well guys I survived my busy day!! Mostly packed and everything now too. Urrgh, Ash is sick though which sucks. He's got a 5 1/2 hour flight to survive then a 2 hour drive. Yikes, I feel for him. I'm not sick and I'm dreading the travel!! Then we have to do it again on Monday, boo!!!

In other unrelated news, I got a phone call from a random gym today about a competition I entered and I won 3 free PT sessions and a pass to unlimited classes for a month. Hehehe might be cheating on my PT for a little bit!!

Anyhoo, I'll write either tomorrow or the next day while I'm on holidays. 3 perfect days down, 7 to go. Got this in the bag baby!

Ohhh what a day. Went to the gym, was ready with with plenty of time, we left the house... and there was a multi xar pile up on the motorway. We literally didn't go more than 2kms in about 45mins. Barely made our flight flight which was amazing in itself- still don't quite know how we got there on time! Then our plane was stuck in a queue behind 8 other planes so we were stuck on the ground for 45mins extra. Finally land, my husband is so sick he's pale and has the chills. Sit down and eat and started our drive, still driving now about an hour to go. So tired, with the 2hr time difference we gained 2 hours so really we got up at 3am WA time. Hope I can sleep tonight!

Can't wait to just get home. Having chicken and salad salad for dinner according to my mum. I don't nees to say it but I will- it'll be 4 perfect days down, 6 to go!! TOM is due this weekend too, bleh.

Ick! Sucks you had such a hard time, but glad you managed to make your flight! Hope the last hour of your drive was good and you get lots of sleep and have tons of fun :)
