More running, bit faster.
The blog contains everything I don't mind people knowing about me publicly. Any close secrets are not in public domain, and most of them are out of date now. My life is great and I love it largely because it wouldn't win any soap opera or reality TV awards for entertainment.Yet another night in a hotel, and feeling no urge to work, so went exploring and found my way to your blog. It felt, I don't know, a little intrusive at first, but then I figured, well, you did post the link... I like your writing style and 'limit the nonsense' approach even if I can't share your taste in music!
Forget acting your age, it is not relevant.
I like the song mid-life crisis, but was far too stupid and irresponsible in my youth to have anything left to bother having one.
I was the wild and crazy moron, now I am a boring staid family man. With all the stresses and cost of being what I am I still prefer it.
I love it when people talk about acting their age, I have absolutely no idea what my age or any other should be doing, so I do what I feel like. Training wise the next big thing for me will be retirement, to get the available time I want, that is age dependant but with the UK gov.t handing more out to those not working than those who do I will be 70 when I can do it.
Today I am suffering for the run yesterday, back is stiff along with the rest of my core and my hips hurt where I obviously had to compensate for my back not being 100%, so running tomorrow as per schedule then.
