Don't try this at home

Seems you are on the mend - sometimes it is hard to find that line between pushing too hard and not enough. Hope you can stay on it!
 
Todays response to first session of intervals and half decent bench session, OW!
Good to have the aches back. Do wonder what would be like if had been able to do full session on intervals, will find out next week. Note to self check charge levels first, no excuses this time.
 
Funny how on one hand all this training makes these real life projects possible, yet on the other hand, real life sure gets in the way of training!
