Before and after -125lbs... from 300lbs - > 175lbs.

Really impressive man. Did weight training? Also, have you run into any loose skin problems?

no not really, I definately lost some upper body strength. But, I am a college hockey goalie. I still do alot of plyometrix and alot of leg exercises.... so core down I did alot of weight training but focused more on cardio

a little bit of loose skin not too much....

I totally agree! :)

haha thanks!

you can tell its an absoloutly fab transformation when you can't tell its the same person from the pictures. Congrats on the weight loss !!

It seems like its been forever since I last posted I have been so busy!

I have been keeping the weight off this entire time thank god! Its been almost a year and a half since I started this whole diet which has changed my life entirely.

Its weird now that I am this weight I have to eat more to exercise more.

How much are you taking in a day? Are you still tracking calories or just eye balling?

well I went to the doctors about a month ago just for a check up and spoke to him about what type of calorie intake I should be intaking if I am going to be this active.... he recommended anywhere from 2700-3000+ depending on how I feel.

so yes I have been hitting anywhere between those two numbers per day... I pretty much have to lol, if I dont I feel like I dont have any energy I never thought I could actually eat so much and be the weight I am.

I have been doing alot more weight training but its pretty much all core down so it really doesnt show but I feel like I put on some weight in my quads abdominals and calfs...

Congrats man... I am glad to see you're happy. 2700+ wow. Must be rough getting it all in!?

haha pretty much protein shakes or meal bars to fill the gaps.

I've found that when you start eating a different lifestyle and then it's time to bump up calories (for maintenance or even a bulk), it becomes more difficult because our food choices aren't as calorically dense.

IF that makes any sense...

I havent really updated in forevaaarr!

So over the past month or so I have been lifting more weights getting into the habit of doing more plyo and alot of adobminal exercises. I have been waking up and running 5 miles per day 6 days a week I have been averaging 6:30-7 minute miles I feel I have gotten really fast from when I first started running. At night I have been doing alot of abdominal exercises/Plyo/Leg exercises. I have been eating alot more as I am trying to put on some muslce as well... Im at the 2500-3000 calorie intake per day. I went from 172lbs to my current 177lbs in one month I believe atleast I hope its all muscle mass! I feel so much stronger in my quads/calfs and I can actually see my abs, but I believe I have to lose some more body fat to completely see everything.. Its just so hard with the lower part of my stomach due to the excess skin. But here are some more current pics.

Everytime you post an update, I can't get over how completely different you look from your before pictures.
