Heh. It's not that I can't take a compliment, it's just that I want to give credit where it is due.

As long as it's edible, I probably love it... I think that's been my problem all my life. Now that I'm watching what I eat, I don't mind eating things that a lot of other people don't like (ie: cottage cheese, ryvita, brussels sprouts, etc...)

I havent updated in a while so I figure Id just give a quicky here.... My body feels like it has been changing like a transformer. Everyday I wake up I run 3-5 miles. At night I have been doing alot of weights... still at the low weights high rep range.. I have been working alot more of my core than I normally have been doing.. I just got back into leg presses... just overall happy with the progress I have been making..I just cant wait for summer this finally going to be able to swim without the embarassment!

Again you are too cute! I started swimming at the downtown Y this week. I feel so tired when I'm done... but a good kind of tired. Keep up the great work!
 
Ooh la laaaaa. I was at the River's club pool once. It metal and made me feel like I was swimming in a big can ;-) That was years ago though. We get a discounted membership through the Y since I work at a local college. I bet the River's Club has WAY nicer locker rooms!!
 
It seems like its been forever since I last posted I have been so busy!

I have been keeping the weight off this entire time thank god! Its been almost a year and a half since I started this whole diet which has changed my life entirely.

Its weird now that I am this weight I have to eat more to exercise more. I am down to 5 miles 6 days a week running and 4x a week on the ice. I am trainign for the pittsburgh triathalon on July 19th which will be my 23rd birthday.


Its a 1500 meter swim 40k Bike and 10k Run. I am very very excited for it. Even if I finish dead last I will finish a triathalon.... its a huge step from being 300lbs!

I told myself I would not purchase a Mr2 until I hit average weight...long story short before I attempted weight loss I put all of my money into my mr2 when it wrecked I decided to change my life for the better.
