Before and after -125lbs... from 300lbs - > 175lbs.

once again thanks all! Im planning on later next week to take some on ice videos as I have to send them over to some coaches to really see how far I can take this dream to.... I might be beyond the level of college hockey Im not really sure well see , Im just thrilled to be this size and able to have the ability have on the ice!

Its funny because I hear that all the time... I tell people at one point in my life I was 300lbs and they all ask me for proof... I have to carry the pictures in my phone!
 
Just a update its been a while and I took some pictures for a plyo thread on a goalie/hockey forum.... figured I would share some with everyone just for some more after pics and some inspiration to others!

I am playing great hockey, this has to be the ultimate payoff to all of my hard work... Im so happy with my performance on the ice, I feel like I am better than I have ever been and everyday I feel Im getting more in shape and feeling better and better... heres a quick clip for those interested in hockey me just doing some laterual slides and recoverys..

Overall Im really happy with the way I feel. Im excited for summer, Ill actually be able to go swimming and to wear whatever clothes I want to and feel confident.. Most of all Im looking forward to hockey season next year!

doesnt look like you have any extra skin either...kudos! I know comparing yourself to others is a no-no, but you look way skinnier than I do and I'm at your weight.

I have the skin problem to say the least. LOL. Good job man.

How tall are you exactly?

Majority of my weight is in my legs... my quads I dont meen to sound gheeeyy but has the majority of my mass due to running / playing hockey thats where my majority of the muscle is..

People in general usually think im in the 160ish range... which is a tad bit less than what I would ever want to weigh in at.

I seen some of your threads Ill make sure to post in them!

Yep, I have the same issue sort of. About the same weight as burneeed and has more excessive skin than him (I lost a little over 100 lbs now) and I am 5'11". I am hoping with time (and you should too) that the skin will snap back... give it a FULL year before you really judge it. It takes time to heal.
