Before and after -125lbs... from 300lbs - > 175lbs.

im on a goal to do the same, starting tomoro my life changes. Can you share what your meal's consisted of, maybe even specifically what you would eat daily? id appreciate it that a lot if you could help via PM. I think thats the hardest part for me, knowing what to eat every 2-4 hours. Especially on the run with school/work =\
 
Great job on the weight loss. I'd be interested to see what you eat daily, as well. You should post it in the thread so everyone can get an idea of your daily intake.

everyone always asks that.... and I usually reply with take into consideration I ran 4-5 miles Monday - Sunday.. no matter how tired I was no matter the case I ran it....I was also on the ice 3x a week... but I play goalie so it really wasnt as much cardio as playing out..... okay so back on topic to what I ate...

There really wasnt a rule of thumb in what I ate... The only thing I could base everything upon was 1-1.25 gallons of water per day that was necessary....

I ate vegtables like crazy... Normally I would eat 3 of those frozen vegtables from Green giant per day... teriyaki Vegtables or alfrado vegtables where the ones I ould always eat.. Id mix it up here and there and eat corn / peas etc...But normally it was of those per day... other than that salad and high protein like straight ham,steak,chicken. If I was hungry in between I would eat apples.....

Im down to a consistant 172ish sometimes under.. but thats the weight I have been maintaining which is great... Ive worked off all the fat off my body I wanted to cut.... I have a huge problem though :( I have alot of excess skin around my stomach I dont know how to get rid of it? Theres some on my arms like where my bicept is but what Im guessing is if I grow muscle mass there my skin will form around it.. I just dont know what to do witht he scess skin around my stomach?

Nice pics, hahaha. How does it feel to live a completely different life? Yeah the excess skin happens when you lose a lot of weight in a short time frame. The skin doesn't have time to shrink and adjust to the weight loss. I have the same problem with my bicepts. It sometimes feels like that skin will be there forever, despite trying to work out to get rid of it. I know in most extreme cases, surgery is the solution...however if you build muscle mass it will take care of that problem eventually.

I go to ccac right now... I started at pitt but with all the bad things that happened my first semester... which ended me up at 300lbs before I knew it...I had transfered out to ccac.. ill be done there hopefully this upcomming spring.....

Hockey is the greatest especially this year with our 8 game winning streak!!!!!
