you really slimmed down, dare i say your to skinny. i can only hope my abdominal skin tightens that much. i just turned 34 and lost 90lbs by running a minimum of 3 miles a day, watching my diet, lifting and doing a lot of ab exercises. i started at 284lbsdown to 194lbs, maybe a little less now. i am thinking i will halt the losing at 184lbs and call it good at 100lbs. how long did it take for the skin to tighten? was it immediately? mine seems to lag behind, but i have been overweight for my whole life.
