Before and after -125lbs... from 300lbs - > 175lbs.

you really slimmed down, dare i say your to skinny. i can only hope my abdominal skin tightens that much. i just turned 34 and lost 90lbs by running a minimum of 3 miles a day, watching my diet, lifting and doing a lot of ab exercises. i started at 284lbsdown to 194lbs, maybe a little less now. i am thinking i will halt the losing at 184lbs and call it good at 100lbs. how long did it take for the skin to tighten? was it immediately? mine seems to lag behind, but i have been overweight for my whole life.
 
Unbelievable. One of the most incredible changes on the whole site. You're pushing me dude...if you can do that, why can't I, right? :D I finally got out of the 300's this week after about 2 months of work, which is a number that I have vowed to never see again, and your update just motivated me that much more. Keep up the good work man.

Congrats on the weightloss, It always feels great after a good 6 months + youll get the fat mentality out of you when I say fat mentality Im talking about the small habbits you have as being overweight. People look at your differently, you have a better self image, you can look in the mirror etc... I know exactly how you feel about being overweight your entire life...

My upper abs show alot better than the lower the lower is really where the problem is I still have some what of extra skin there that chances are will never go away, unfortunately I am at work and I play hockey tonight so I prolly wont have pics till tomorrow....

It took the skin a few months to tighten, Im 22 years old I hear when your a little older that it takes alot longer....... Congrats on your weightloss!!

and that was at the 270 mark.... Me now at the 170'sish mark..

Its pretty funny Im definately alot smaller in net I can move around 10x faster and play alot longer

As I have lost more weight I have also picked up a ton of flexibility.

If you had to pick one thing that changed it for you, what was it?

well if you kinda went through this thread and read majority of the posts... well, basicly at the peak time of my weight; I lost out on a almost 5 year relationship, dropped to below a 1.0 gpa, kicked off my schools hockey team due to grades, could not go to school because of my grades, poor health , fired from a really good job , most of all every single dollar I spent on my Mr2 that was wrecked into by a woman speeding flying through the red light so she could get herself her nicotene fix for the day :(........


I could prolly come up with alot more things......

Bottom line is I made alot of mistakes in my life given all the responsibility I had after highschool that was really where the weight gain started, I wanted to change not only my figure and health but everything around it. Sometimes I feel like I really never set goals for myself for anything, I meen somethings just come easy the things that were hard I just gave up on.... This was really the test for me to see if I could come out on top and lose the weight...i felt like if I could lose the weight I could do anything I set goals to.. because honestly at 300lbs getting to under 200 sounds damn near im possible.....

I lost the weight, I have a 3.0 gpa, I have made deans list for the past 3 semesters... this year should be my last year and ill get my associates degree, next year I should be at Pitt(university),I have a great and amazing relationship with a girl who has been with me since I was overweight and shes simply amazing, I am playing hockey for school next semester with my gpa thank god adult league is killing me, I have a Mr2 once again , and most importantly the hardest part is I dropped the weight.

Wow, you sound like me talking to friends and family about it. This is exactly how I feel.
 
I ran my fastest 5 mile so far this year... I am hoping to run the great race here in pittsburgh and finish that 10k with some decent time.... Im trying so hard to hit 6.5 min miles its tough but im almost there.
