Torso Twist on Exercise Ball

Exercise Ball Abs Abs: Side Back Back: Lower Core

This is a simple stretch using the exercise ball.


  1. Sitting up straight on the exercise ball, your feet should be flat on the floor and your fingers resting on your shoulders.

  2. Exhale and twist your torso to the left, keeping your lower body stabilized. Hold for two seconds, inhale, and return to center.

  3.
