Basic Situp on BOSU
- Start with the center of your back near the middle of the ball (the small of your back should be about half-way from the top to the rim of the BOSU).
- With your hands outstretched towards your knee caps, roll forward, pulling with your abs, not your neck. Bring your hands just past your knees and then back down.
- The slower you go, the better workout you will get. Think of rolling your spine and up through to your shoulders instead of pulling with your head and shoulders.
