Basic Situp on BOSU


  1. Start with the center of your back near the middle of the ball (the small of your back should be about half-way from the top to the rim of the BOSU).

  2. With your hands outstretched towards your knee caps, roll forward, pulling with your abs, not your neck. Bring your hands just past your knees and then back down.

  3. The slower you go, the better workout you will get.
