This is a simple ab exercise.
- Lying on the floor, your feet should be resting lightly on the exercise ball, with legs in table top position. Have your head slightly off the ground, and your arms straight out.
- Exhale, and extend your legs straight out, rolling the exercise ball forward. Keep your feet light on the ball. Hold for two seconds, exhale, and return to start position for one full rep.
- Do 10-12 reps.
