"Lat Pulldown" with the Exericse Tube

Exercise Tube or Band Back Back: Lower Core Lats Neck Shoulder: Rear Trapezius: Middle

This is a great exercise for your entire back, including your lats.


  1. Lie on your stomach and hold the exercise tube overhead. Keep looking down toward the floor.

  2. Exhale and pull the band down just behind your head. As you pull the band down, squeeze your shoulder blades together and pull your shoulder blades down toward your buttocks. Inhale and return to the start position. Repeat 8-12 times, rest, then repeat the exercise if desired.
