Exercise Tube or Band Biceps

This upper arm exercise is simple and can be done anywhere.


  1. Stand in a split stance with the tube or band under one foot. Your knees should both be slightly bent. Your upper body should be straight and elbows should be tucked in at your sides.

  2. Keeping your upper arms still, bring your hands up toward your shoulders. Avoid shrugging your shoulders as you do this.
