This is a very simple shoulder exericse
- Stand with feet slightly a part. Both hands should be gripping one end of the band with about 2-3 feet of band between them. Have your left hand in front slightly above your head, and your right hand down in front of your chest.
- Exhale and pull both arms away from each other on a diagonal, expanding the length of the band. Hold for 2-5 seconds and release.
- DO 10-12 reps to complete this exercise.
