Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Crunchy and refreshingly cool salad worthy of any occassion!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chopped peeled English cucumber
  • 2 cups chopped tomato
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instruction

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with a slotted spoon.
