Here's a healthy salad that's ready in only 15 minutes. The mix of vegetables supplies over half of the Daily Value for vitamins A and C!
- 5 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 4 cups torn spinach
- 1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 red or green pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 tomato, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup slivered red onion
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Light House Italian Dressing
- TOSS all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
- ADD dressing; mix lightly.
