Here's a healthy salad that's ready in only 15 minutes. The mix of vegetables supplies over half of the Daily Value for vitamins A and C!

Ingredients

  • 5 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 4 cups torn spinach
  • 1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed, drained
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 red or green pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup slivered red onion
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Light House Italian Dressing

Instruction

  1. TOSS all ingredients except dressing in large bowl.
  2. ADD dressing; mix lightly.
