This is a great twist on your regular protein shake - add pumpkin to spice up your holiday spirit!
- 6 ice cubes
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup vanilla-flavored soy milk
- 2 packets Splenda
- Dash of cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Add all ice cubes, and the remaining ingredients into blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve!
