Aloha to this very fresh, low calorie & fat-free salsa!
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple
- 1 cup chopped peeled mango
- 1 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 cup cubed peeled kiwifruit (about 3)
- 3/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped seeded jalapeño pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
