Aloha to this very fresh, low calorie & fat-free salsa!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped peeled mango
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup cubed peeled kiwifruit (about 3)
  • 3/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons chopped seeded jalapeño pepper

Instruction

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
