Yes we r very close. Except for my half brother who just left Boston to live in Georgia for at a minimum of 1 year and never told us. (We found out through my nephew.)
 
I went for a 7.0 miles hike around the lake. The snow has finally melted.

So far I’m doing great on the fasting. Skipped breakfast and lunch. Nights are difficult.
 
So I ended up eating 1.5 donuts. I should be good now until tomorrow. My brother has donuts in my house. Oh well!

I ended up throwing the rest of the donut after I had one more last night.

Today I hiked 11.5 miles around the lake. Feeling sore now.

For dinner I had half a spaghetti squash, a piece of haddock, and sautéed broccoli slaw.

Yesterday we went to Bouno Bistro, an Italian restaurant. I got the surf and turf. It was veal with shrimp, lobster, potatoes and veggies. The veggies were so good. I had leftovers but I ate it last night.

I think I’m going to take another rest day. Still sore. Maybe I’ll go walk on the treadmill tomorrow.

Tomorrow we r grilling out, I’m getting oysters in the half shell as an appetizer.

Had pepperoni pizza yesterday.

Today I had a coffee with almond milk. Not eating till dinner. Getting the oysters and will def have some.
 
Ok so I had 4 fried mozzarella sticks. Then I had some egg noodles and 3 meatballs and sauce.

Went to the gym and walked for 30 min. I only did 5 min at 15% incline.

Today I had an Herbalife shake for breakfast. Then I had a salad. I’m going to have another shake about 5 or so. Then another salad. I bought some premade salad from MB. Cheaper than Romano’s.

Went to the gym and walked on incline for 15 min. Did some arm strengthening. Then did about a mile outside by the lake but left because I wasn’t dressed for the weather.

Today I’m going by my sis for our weekly getogether. We r having ribs and rice, I think. My sis made a dessert with Reese’s pieces, I think. I’m going to start back on my diet starting tomorrow.

It’s snowing today. And raining. I think this next week will be better for walking outdoors.

This morning I woke up early and hardly slept last night. I’m trying to sleep earlier and wake up early. I’m going to keep getting up early until I can fall asleep at a decent time.

I went for a coffee at heavenly. I got it black and put in almond milk and Splenda when I got home. I watched a little tv and then I went to the gym.

Did an hour on the elliptical. Highest at level 5. Tomorrow I’m going to start at level 5 and increase it.

I went to the grocery store and got a cabbage and chicken tenders. I put them in a slow cooker. I think I’ll eat around 12 or so if I’m hungry.

I have about one month to get ready for our trip to Virginia Beach.
 
Today was a good day. I ate my first meal at about 11. I had steamed cabbage and shredded carrots and chicken breast tenders that I cooked in a crock pot. then several hours later I had a salad with the sg poppyseed dressing. I had tons of water and a couple Diet Coke. and that's all I ate for today and I'm not in the least bit hungry and no cravings even though there are a lot of sweet stuff and pizza in my condo.

My only con for today is that I haven't fallen asleep yet. its 1030 pm. I took my meds at 830 pm. I should be tired since I probably slept an hour last night. And I don't feel tired even with the exercise. I'm going to take another ambien and a zyprexa prn. Hopefully ill be asleep by midnight. I am def getting up around 6 am or before. Going to drink a hot coffee that ill make at home before I hit the gym.
