I had no idea what Kona aged steak was, so I looked it up - sounds interesting! And your salad lunch sounds delish. :)
 
Yeah, I’m feeling good about lunch. Dinner I had brown rice (from my rice cooker) and ground turkey. I added in some frozen peas and carrots.

Tomorrow I’m going to get up early and go to the gym. I might skip breakfast and have an early lunch. I’ll have a salad with a boiled egg. Dinner is by my sis. Shepherd pie.

I have to drink more water.

Today I’m fasting till dinner. I’ll probably have some alcohol.

Did not make it to the gym this morning. Not sure if I’m going later.
 
Ha ha Cate! I’m fine. I’m just going to a get together by my sis. And maybe get a glass of wine.

I made it to the gym. I walked on the treadmill for 2 hrs. The first hour I went at a fast speed and high incline. Then the last hour I went slow.
 
Had some shepherd pie and corn beef and cabbage. And no alcohol. I did have a piece of cookie from crumbles.

I’m actually feeling good still. From the exercise. I’m going to try to get up early tomorrow and hit the gym.

My niece birthday celebration is on Sat.

I had to take my brother to Bedford for a covid test for his dental on Monday. On the way I had a lrg hot Jamaican me crazy with creamer and Splenda. And 2 red velvet donut holes.

I went to the gym and did 30 min of walking on a 15% and 3.5 mph. Did better today.

I’m surprised that it’s not higher since I had a breakfast sandwich and 3 slices of pepperoni and sausage pizza slices yesterday.

Today I had 2 red velvet donut holes and a med coffee with creamer and Splenda. I was almost up all night.

Had to get up early to go for a hike with my older sis family. Weir hill in North Andover. It was mostly up a hill. I did not bring water and my throat was so dry by the time I reached the top. Won’t make that mistake again.

Today is my niece birthday. I will eat dinner then.
 
Had a piece of cake yesterday.

Today we went to the Charmingfare Farm in NH. It’s where they make maple syrup. Had a free pancake with syrup and a hot chocolate. There was also a lot of animals that you can feed. There was also some animals like coyotes, foxes, and bears. Like a zoo.

After we got some BBQ food and ate it at a park in Londonderry. Had a rib and pulled pork with cornbread muffin and rice and cowboy beans. It was good. I also ended up having a med coffee with creamer and Splenda with 2 red velvet donut holes for breakfast. Dinner I had my leftovers.

Tomorrow I have to take my brother to a dental appt in Bedford.
 
The weather is really nice this week. Tomorrow we r going for a hike at Weirs Hill. And a bbq after. And on Thursday we r going to the beach. Then on Friday we r getting together and will be having fish tacos.

Today I did only 20 min on the incline 15% and 3.5 mph. I started off great. I will try to do better this week.

Today I had a lg hot Jamaican me crazy coffee with almond milk and Splenda and 2 red velvet donut holes. For breakfast. Lunch was a salad and just the meat of a double cheeseburger from McDonald’s. Dinner was a 6 McNuggets.
 
So today for breakfast I had a lg coffee with almond milk and Splenda from Heavenly. I bought on the drive to Bedford. Lunch I had a piece of chicken and steak and a little potatoes. Dinner I’m skipping.

Tomorrow is a beach day. I hope my sisters have to work so I don’t get invited. I need time for myself. Like this morning. Woke up early and had so much time. Today feels like a long day. I hope I can sleep early.
 
Dinner was some chicken thighs and steak. And shrimp fried rice. I also had two Hawaiian rolls. I’m not really feeling full. But I think that is all I will eat tonight.

I was trying to not eat dinner. But I was getting lightheaded.

Looks like I won’t be able to sleep early.

Tomorrow my plan is to fast for breakfast and dinner. Maybe a late lunch. I’ll try to fast but if anything I’ll stop and eat.

I have salad stuff. So maybe I’ll have that for lunch. And I’m defrosting chicken thighs.

No one mentioned the beach day. So I
will sleep in. On Friday I’ll wake up early.

I can’t go to the gym yet. Don’t want to pass out on the treadmill. So maybe I start back next week.
 
I bought a dress online. One size too small. I got it for Easter. Motivation.

I’m planning on fasting as much as I can. Not going to vomit my food that I picked. Def not having a binge session.

Up early. Ended up eating about 4 of the Hawaiian buns with butter late last night.

Today I’m fasting. I have about 4 buns left. I’m not going to touch them.
