Did not check my weight. I was up all night.
So I got egg whites, ham, toast, and a little home fries. I had 2 cups of coffee but I did bring almond milk and Splenda. After breakfast we went to the park.
Then we went to a butterfly sanctuary in Medford. That was nice. Got a late lunch of a poke bowl. Instead of rice I got a salad. Meat was spicy salmon and shrimp. I got cucumbers and avocado. And a classic sauce. I ate most of everything. I left a little salad if I’m hungry later.
My sis gave me two cartons of cashew milk. I just bought a gallon of almond milk earlier.
I really hope I can fall asleep at a decent time tonight. And get up early. So I can go to the gym. I do have to do something for my sis around 11 tomorrow.
I am not going to take a nap today even though I feel tired. If I don’t fall asleep before 1230 am then I’ll stay up again. I’ll try to sleep around 930 pm. Take my pills then put off everything. And just lay in bed. If I still can’t sleep I won’t eat anything. Just drink low calorie beverages.
Tomorrow will be a better food day. I don’t have to socialize.
