My first GW is 135 lbs. with my new changes I hope to reach there by Friday before our weekly getogethers.
 
I’m still up. Now I’m watching tv and eating. Had a shake with almond milk, 1/2 scoop of Herbalife shake, coffee, Splenda, and pumpkin spice. Then I had a small piece of pizza. That’s all I hope!
 
Just being optimistic. Late night talking. Can’t fall asleep!

I would be happy with 2 lbs lost this week! Will just have coffee or water if I’m staying up!

4 weeks before swimsuit time on our trip!!!

Going to watch a movie. Almost 1 am and I’m still not sleepy. I’ve tried everything.

Today I went for a hike at Weir Hill. We went on a trail and then got lost. Reached to Half Mile hill. Even reached somewhere we went before. The trails are all connected. We walked about 2 hours.

I woke up late. I just couldn’t get up. I’ll try again tonight. Tomorrow my sisters want to go to a butterfly sanctuary.

Today so far I had a peanut butter Herbalife shake. I had it with ice. All my almond milk is gone. Going to have to get some tomorrow. I have my chicken tenders with cabbage and carrots for later.
 
Had a rib, a salad with sg poppyseed dressing. I had another Herbalife shake made with water. Then I had a crystal lite fruit punch slushy that I made. Just blended with ice.

Planning on not eating anything for the rest of the night. Just continue drinking slushys. Different flavors. I want to not have too much calories tonight.

It looks that I will not be sleeping tonight nor today. Wide awake at 1 am. My sis invited me to go to breakfast at 830. The airfield cafe. In North Hampton, NH. The twins is coming along. I think that tomorrow is a holiday. Patriots Day. Here in MA.

I plan on having 2 eggs. Bacon. Toast. Comes with home fries which I’ll just eat a little.

I won’t be checking my weight today. It will probably be skewed since I’m drinking plenty of water tonight.

So I couldn’t fall asleep. I ended up going to the gym. I did the elliptical for an hour- almost 30 min at level 10 and a little easier after that.

I did some upper body, abs, and squats. And a little stretches. I know I have to do more strength training. Mostly for my bones. And to increase my metabolism.

Drinking slushees until I can get almond milk from the grocery store. Opens at 7. It’s 4 am. I think I have carbonated water that I’ll put in my slushy with the crystal light.

I have not had any food tonite. Not even a taste. I think the slushees are making me full and gives me something to do so I don’t think about food. And it’s sweet.

Did not check my weight. I was up all night.

So I got egg whites, ham, toast, and a little home fries. I had 2 cups of coffee but I did bring almond milk and Splenda. After breakfast we went to the park.

Then we went to a butterfly sanctuary in Medford. That was nice. Got a late lunch of a poke bowl. Instead of rice I got a salad. Meat was spicy salmon and shrimp. I got cucumbers and avocado. And a classic sauce. I ate most of everything. I left a little salad if I’m hungry later.

My sis gave me two cartons of cashew milk. I just bought a gallon of almond milk earlier.

I really hope I can fall asleep at a decent time tonight. And get up early. So I can go to the gym. I do have to do something for my sis around 11 tomorrow.

I am not going to take a nap today even though I feel tired. If I don’t fall asleep before 1230 am then I’ll stay up again. I’ll try to sleep around 930 pm. Take my pills then put off everything. And just lay in bed. If I still can’t sleep I won’t eat anything. Just drink low calorie beverages.

Tomorrow will be a better food day. I don’t have to socialize.

Well I did fall asleep! Earlier than usual. I think before 10 pm. I woke up at 530 am. Feeling good. Will go to bed at the same time tomorrow.

I am drinking a cup of coffee. I’ll go to the gym this morning. Maybe around 630 am.
 
So I went to the gym. Did the elliptical at level 10 for an hour. Planning on keeping it at that level for several days and go faster. I also did a couple of the leg machines.

My sis doesn’t need me today. I have the whole day to myself.

Planning on skipping breakfast and eating lunch. I still have my chicken breast tenders and carrots and cabbage that I made in my crockpot couple days ago. Then dinner will be a salad.

Drinking tea now. I will have my slushy after.
 
I went for a hike at Weir Hill with my younger sis and her boyfriend and their son. The hills are getting easier. Probably around 45 min on the trails.

Dinner I went to Joe Fish with my sisters for half priced oysters. I had 7 of them and a Diet Coke.

Today I started taking Metamucil. There is a two week challenge. So I’m going to do that. I took some this morning. And I will take some tonight. I haven’t been regular for a long time. Maybe my medicine and my diet.

Not sure why. I did so well yesterday. Oh well, today is a new day.

I got an xl Jamaican me crazy coffee. I put in some almond milk and Splenda. Skipping breakfast.

I have to take my brother to Stem- a weed shop this morning. My sis also wants some stuff too. I hope they take credit cards.

I’m not sure if I’m going to the gym today. And our getogether is pushed to Sat. We will be grilling. My sis wants the kids to play together and sat should be a nice day. I have my skates. I might bring them. Haven’t used them yet.
 
So just went to the gym. Did an hour on the elliptical at a level 10. Went faster than yesterday. I also did lift for my biceps and triceps. I’ll work more on my strength training next week.

I skipped lunch and will just eat dinner. Dinner will be chicken tenders and an arugula salad.

Going to take two servings of the Metamucil at dinner since I forgot this morning. I had to do something for my mom.

Last night I slept at a decent time but woke up later than I would have liked.

Had my dinner. Had an Herbalife shake, just one scoop with almond milk. Then I had two spoon of the peanut butter pie. And I’m going to take one of my bro mozzarella sticks when it comes. And that’s all I’m having today.

I think I’ve lost my motivation. Not feeling like working out tomorrow. I have been telling myself that I need discipline to actually do it. So I hope I feel better tomorrow. I think I will sleep in and have a cup of coffee to start my day. I have only 2 more days till I can complete my first week.

I’m going to take my medication soon and then get ready to go to bed.

Had 1 taco supreme from Taco Bell today. And 2 red velvet donuts. Not planning on going to the gym. Maybe I’ll do better tomorrow!
 
Had a hot cakes from McDonald’s for breakfast. Dinner was a lobster roll. It had lemon basil aioli and the entire lobster. It was on a toasted fontina roll. A little brownie.
