Today I’m going by my sis for a getogether. We r grilling. I’m bringing colossal shrimp. It’s on sale. I think it’s tacos. Probably have some alcohol.

This morning I ate a lot of golden Oreo cookies. And churros cereal. They were on sale too. Kinda like a mini binge.

Im starting back on my diet and workout tomorrow. Been slacking off.

after the taco lunch. Dinner we r making Dahl, brown rice, and brown chicken.

So my day is almost over. This was a long week. I only have 3 more weeks until my vaca. I gained a bit. I’m starting again. I really don’t want to check my weight tomorrow but I have to see where I’m at.

I’m going to go to the gym when I get up. And my breakfast when I get back will be an English muffin and guacamole. Maybe an egg. With coffee and cashew milk. For lunch/dinner I’m going to have my leftovers from last week. I hope I’m not too bored with it. Then I’m back with my slushees. Got some more sparkling water. That was on sale. I just need to go buy ice. I hope I remember tomorrow morning.

It will be raining tomorrow and most of this week.

Well I ended up eating the golden Oreos last night.

Today I went to the gym. Wasn’t feeling it. Just did 10 min warmup on the treadmill. Jogging a bit. Then I went to the weights and just did lower body. I’ll go later.

Ended up just having an Herbalife shake. Pralines. I had it with cashew milk and blended it with ice. I’m going to have some Metamucil in a while. Even though I skipped it the last couple of days.

My plan for today is have another shake about 3. Then eat dinner a little later. I’m going to also have my crystal light slushy.
 
So ate lunch of English muffin and guacamole. Dinner was cereal.

Went back to the gym. Did 30 min on the elliptical. Just at level 1 at times. But faster. Then I walked mostly on an incline on the treadmill for 30 min. Then I did upper body strength training.

Tomorrow I think I’ll follow the same routine. 30 min on elliptical and 30 min on the treadmill. At a min. And work to improve on each.

I have to take my bro to Bedford tomorrow early. I would like to wake up early to hit the gym before I go. If not I’ll go later.

I have a package coming in tomorrow. I have been waiting for it for over a month. It came from China. It’s a miniature toy puppy that mimics a real one. According to the commercial. I got 3 different ones for the kids. So hopefully no one steals them if I’m not home.

Tomorrow I plan on skipping breakfast since I’ll be out. Maybe get a Coke Zero from the cantina at Bedford.
 
Had some meatballs and pasta shells. Hopefully that’s all I’ll eat for today. Will try to go to bed a little earlier.

Starting back tomorrow on a better diet.

Today I’m fasting. Having a Diet Coke right now. Been pretty regular since I started taking Metamucil. Going to the gym when I get home. Still here in Bedford.
 
Went to the gym. I did an hour on the elliptical. I might go back later to do the treadmill.

I’m still fasting. Had some Coke Zero. Going to have tea now. It’s almost 3 pm. Not hungry yet.

Still waiting for my package.
 
My package got delivered to my sis’ place. So I’ll go get it tomorrow.

Went for a 4.3 mile hike around the lake.

Still fasting. It’s about 6 pm. I feel great!!!

Today I’m fasting again. Will go to the gym after I meet with my sis. Might go for a walk at the lake too. It’s a beautiful day. The next 3 days will be raining.
 
Still fasting! About 6 pm.

Went to the gym and did an hour on the elliptical on level 3 but fast. Then I hiked around the lake for 4.3 miles.

My left knee is bothering me. I’ll take some pain medicine tonight. Hopefully it feels better by tomorrow.

I have a new cleaner coming tomorrow. So I’ll probably go to the gym after that. Probably do the treadmill. Supposed to rain.

Just had my dinner. Around 8 pm.

My leftovers from last week. Chicken breast tenders and lettuce and carrots. From my crockpot.

Should be able to sleep around 10 pm. Will take my meds at 930 pm.

Still feeling good.
 
Midnight and I can’t sleep. Decided to get up from bed and watch tv/read a book.

I had an Herbalife shake with just one scoop (55 cal) and almond milk (30 cal). I’m going to be drinking tea and coffee tonight that has some calories. And I’m using almond milk for that. Maybe make a Frappuccino. I have pumpkin spice flavoring that I’ll put in it.

If I’m awake at 5 am I’ll just go to the gym. Probably won’t put my weight down since I’m drinking liquids during the night.

Still feeling good.

So did not get to sleep. I went to the gym early. The first thing that I did was weights. Strength trained upper body, abs, and lower body. Then I did the elliptical for an hour. Slow. But I did it. I might go back later. And I had no trouble with my knees during the exercises.

I am fasting again today. Just eating dinner. I still have my leftovers.

It’s raining today. It’s probably muddy. I think I’ll still go and just wear my rain gear.

I hope I sleep tonight.
 
So I did great with fasting and just eating one meal yesterday. Wasn’t hungry for most of the day. Probably all the liquids I’m consuming. I did have my dinner late. I did that so I can sleep and not think about the tempting food around my house. Pizza, whoppers, sweet cereals. Mostly junk bought for my brother.

No binging so no purging. I think I got this now. If only I can sleep at night at a reasonable time.

No mask while outside starting on Friday!!! So I won’t need it when I go outside for my walk.

Today I’m drinking lots of low cal fluids, like my almond milk, water-plain/crystal light/tea/coffee.

Tomorrow I’m sleeping in!!!
 
I went for a 7.0 mile hike around the lake this evening. Felt good. Didn’t even wear my mask. A lot of people walking did not have theirs on too.

Ate my dinner around 6 pm. Had broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, and cabbage. Found frozen veggies in my freezer! I had them with shrimp.

I hope I can sleep tonight. Will try again tonite to take my meds around 930 pm. I’ll stay in bed. If I’m not asleep by midnight then I’ll get up and watch a movie or something. Then I’ll go to the gym if I feel up to it. It’s nice to go at night. Hardly anyone is there. I have nothing going on Tomorrowland so I can sleep in (if I fall asleep).

I finally got my toy puppies from China. They look so cute. But I need batteries. I have to get a screw driver. Ordered it from Amazon. Should be here tomorrow.

I slept at 930 pm. I’m up early this morning. Drinking coffee with almond milk and Splenda. Will go to the gym later. I’m sore and it feels good.

Went to the gym. Just did half on hour on the elliptical. Went really fast for the first 14 min. Slow for the rest. Planning on going to the gym again later.

Raining today so I can’t walk outside.

Fasting for breakfast and lunch. Dinner will be mixed veggies and steamed cabbage with shrimp. Basically same as yesterday.
 
So I ate my dinner. And went back to the gym. I did 2 hrs on the treadmill on an incline and at times really fast. Went from 3.5 mph to 4.0 mph. Really good for me. I also worked out my lower body and some abs work.

Tomorrow we r getting together again. This time it’s lasagna. So I’ll just eat a little. Mostly will eat the salad. I just hope no one comments.

I’m going to try to sleep soon. I plan on waking up early. Have a cup of coffee and crystal light with the fiber. My throat was so parched today. I hope to remember to bring my water to have just in case.

I’m feeling really good after my workout and eating-wise!
