Broke my fast last night. I did fall asleep at a good time. Did not get up early today.

I’m not sure if I’m going to go to the gym. It’s cloudy so I’m not sure if it’s going to rain so I’m not going for a walk outside.

This evening I meeting up with my sisters for oysters. I plan on getting a cocktail. Maybe. I should just get a Diet Coke. I plan on fasting till then.
 
I went to the gym and did 30 min on a 15% incline at an okay pace. 3.2 mph. Which is great for me. Then I went for a 4.3 hike around the lake.

In a little while I’m going for oysters with both of my sisters. I probably get a Diet Coke since I’m doing good on my diet.

I’m thinking about going back to the gym later after my dinner. I’ll decide later depends on how I feel.
 
Went back to the gym after dinner. And did 30 min on mostly 15% incline at mostly 3.2 mph.

Had 6 oysters, a little bone marrow, and about 3 small bites of dessert. A toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream. Just had Diet Coke.

Tomorrow all I have to do is go to ups store to return some Amazon products and mail my mom package. It’s going to def rain so I won’t be able to go my outdoors walk.

I’ll wake up late tomorrow.
 
So I ended up spending most of last night up and eating cereal. So did not weigh this morning.

Had a breakfast sandwich. Bacon, egg, and cheese on a Portuguese muffin and a coffee with creamer from Heavenly. Was all out of red velvet donut holes! Had a little cereal.

Not planning on working out today. Will begin again tomorrow. Day looks like it’s going to be nice so I will def go and take a walk outdoors. Probably my sisters will want to take a walk with their kids after work.

Today for breakfast I had a coffee with creamer and 2 red velvet donut holes from heavenly. Not planning on eating anything else for the day.

I went for a 7.0 mile hike around the lake. Then I went for a walk at the park with my sisters, Melvin and the kids. Wanted to go to the gym but my phone wasn’t charged. And now I’m too lazy to get going. So I’ll relax for the rest of the day.

Sleeping wise not going great. And I’m up eating. I hope I can fall asleep at a good time tonight.

Tomorrow is the hibachi for dinner. So I plan on fasting. Tomorrow should be another good day. Weather wise. So I plan on taking a walk outdoors. Maybe hit the gym afterwards.

Today I woke up super early. Went and got 2 red velvet munchkins and a coffee with almond milk. The donut holes were a bad choice esp since I was heading to the gym! I ate them in the parking lot! Won’t happen again.

I did 40 min of walking super slow. Then I went to Home Depot to pick up some switches to send to my mom. Then I went back to the gym and did an hour at an incline and a faster pace. After that I went to Shaws for groceries that I got on specials. A lot of good deals. Then I went to the post office when they opened and mailed the switches to my mom. Then I went to the lake and hiked for 4.3 miles.

I’m not eating again until dinner. Hibachi at Kobe Buddha house. I can’t wait. Think I’ll get a cocktail.
 
I made a bunch of boiled eggs in my air fryer. The eggs were on sale. So I think tomorrow I’m going to have an egg before I go to the gym so I don’t get tempted to buy anything on my way there. Maybe take my Metamucil before I go too. I mix it with sparkling flavored water and a crystal light. And blend it with ice.
 
Got the dragon punch. Didn’t read it was for 2 people. So my sis said she‘ll share with me. Then she added her strong drink to mine. Big mistake. I was tipsy for most of the night. Finally by the end of the night. I was okay. I felt I was fine enough to drive since I drank my water and ate some rice. Hardly touched my dinner. I left my leftovers in my car. I might go get it.

Ate a lot of carbs yesterday!

Today I went to Bedford for a covid test. I have 2 dental appts on Wed- a cleaning and an exam.

Tomorrow I might have to go by my sis in the morning to let the electrician in. He’s hooking up her hot tub!!! So we’ll be using that this summer.

I fasted all day today!!! I should make it till tomorrow.

I went to the gym. I walked for 30 min. On an incline mostly. At 3.0 mph. I’ll do better tomorrow.

Today I went to the lake and took a 4.3 mile hike around it.

Had some ground turkey. A boiled egg and half an English muffin.

Not planning on eating anything else today.
 
So tonite I’m going to take my pills at 1145 pm and hopefully asleep by 12. I have a bad habit of eating at night after I take my pills. I already brushed my teeth so hopefully that works to curb the eating. And I’m still full from earlier so I’m not hungry.

I do have to get up early to get to my dental cleaning appt at Bedford. Then I have to stay there till my 1 pm dental exam. Going to brush my teeth before the exam since I’ll probably have a Diet Coke while I’m waiting. Going to bring my headphones to pass the time.

Last night went well. I did not eat late last night. Nothing after I brushed my teeth. I took my meds at 1130 pm and was asleep by midnight. I’m going to try the same routine tonight.

Today I’m going home after my appt. Probably pick up a coffee on my way there. I’m going to eat a boiled egg with half an English muffin again.

This weekend we r supposed to go to Virginia Beach on Friday night. But know with the gas shortage I don’t think we should. But my sis still thinks we’ll be fine.
 
So came back home early because the dentist saw me right after my cleaning. Which was great that I did not have to wait hours there.

I went for a 4.3 walk around the lake. Came home and had a boiled egg and half an English muffin.

I’m going to do the same night routine that I did last night. Brush teeth, floss, and mouthwash at 6 or so. No eating and I’ll drink only plain water if I have to drink something. Take my meds at 1130 pm. And hopefully sleep by midnight. Nowhere to go tomorrow so I can sleep in!

Can not fall asleep. So I’m up watching tv.

Ended up eating a chicken tender steamed and some cabbage. Leftovers from 2 weeks ago. Also had an English muffin 160 cal, 45 cal cheese, and one slice of bacon 40 cal. And some cereal with almond milk.

So I’m counting that as my breakfast.

If I’m up at 5/6 I’ll go to the gym. Maybe.
 
So might not record my weight today. Since I’m drinking stuff and ate late. Feeling full right now.

I wish I can just fall asleep at a decent time. I think I will have to stay awake all night. Hopefully I can fall asleep tonight because I def will not be able to sleep on Friday. Since we will be in a van. I need to be comfortable to sleep.

I’ll still try to get some rest. Hopefully I will fall asleep on my couch. I should be tired.

Today for breakfast I had a bacon, over easy egg and cheese on ciabatta from Panera and a coffee with creamer from heavenly. Hopefully this will keep me full till dinner.
