If I can just sleep then I don’t need to eat so late. Tonight I’m staying in bed until I fall asleep. Not feeling tired yet!

Tomorrow I’m going to get a coffee with almond milk first thing in the morning. I’m skipping breakfast and lunch. My sis will have apps while we r waiting for dinner. I’m not drinking any alcohol.
 
Well still up. Doubled the melatonin. Took my ambien. Nothing. I even put a dark drape over my window. And covered all my lights with dark clothes. Nothing. So now I’m tired of trying to sleep. Watching a series Euphoria On hbo max. Kinda adult content with high school students. I’m also watching big little lies.

Then I’m excited to watch Mulan on Disney plus. This weekend definitely.

Thinking about my plan tomorrow. Wake up ,make a vanilla shake with almond milk and coffee and vanilla and Splenda. Instead of heavenly.

I hope I can fall asleep at 1 am. Will go to bed at 1230 pm. Hopefully I feel sleepy.

I think I am going to my living room and try to fall asleep there.
 
Just had an orange. Put a little Splenda on it.

I think tonight is another sleepless night. But I’ll still try.
 
Been sleeping at a decent time. Taking the melatonin at a high dose. Up early this morning. Had to take my brother to his appt. will weigh in tomorrow.
 
148.0 lbs!!! Now back to overweight according to my BMI. 25.4

Not the direction I want to see. Up again. Hopefully I’ll sleep soon. And see a better number tomorrow!

took the melatonin and still up. Tried to sleep early. That did not work!

tomorrow a plumber is coming to increase the heat to the water in my tub. Been taking a lukewarm water shower.

I hope I’m under 147.0 lbs tomorrow. I did a fast today. Had a xl hot Jamaican me crazy coffee with almond milk and Splenda for breakfast. Skipped lunch and dinner.

No exercise so far. Planning on starting again on Monday. I do not feel good at this weight.

I’m fasting tomorrow too. Just a coffee in the morning. Another day at home.
 
Fell asleep and then woke up too early!

146.2 lbs!

Today I had a bag of popcorn- sweet and salty kettle corn... So good. Waiting until 4 to get a coffee with almond milk and Splenda from heavenly. I’m tempted to get a couple of red velvet donut holes. But I won’t. Planning on fasting the rest of the day if I can...

I bought a whole case of the popcorn. It’s in individual serving bags so I won’t overeat it. I would like to do one a day.
 
I had egg whites on half of an English muffin. Then I had coffee with almond milk and Splenda. For breakfast. Lunch will be a salad. Probably with tuna. Dinner I’m going to skip.

Today I had the same breakfast. Actually for lunch since I slept in.

I’m fasting for the rest of the day. At home today. Did a lot. I was procrastinating so it’s nice to get things done.

Then I got into an accident. Both of us were backing up in the parking lot. Both of us are fine. Already talked to my insurance about the damage.

Today is my sis husband birthday. I think she took the day off of work. Might swing by later to drop off his gift.

Tomorrow we r getting together for dinner. They are making lasagna. So I think I will fast till dinner. I have to pick up cupcakes.
 
Well I did ended up eating. Early lunch of curry chicken and butternut squash. Then I had a piece of bread and cake.
 
For breakfast I had a slice of banana bread. Then I had some sweet potato and brown chicken. Dinner is going to be salmon with potato.

I have a sleep problem. It started a few years ago and I would always wake up about 2.15 am hot and then couldn't drop off again.
Hot, blanket off then got cold, blanket back on so it went like that all night.
I done a sleep study with the NHS and have been wired up to a machine.

Now I knew there wasn't anything seriously wrong with me. I had a brain wave on Monday and took off my Memory Foam mattress topper.
Monday night I woke up cold. So Tuesday I put my weighted blanket on top of my duvet. I have slept so much better since and I think my problem was getting too hot. Could it be you are getting too hot or to cold to sleep?
