Vic’s Weight Loss

So I signed up for the gym today. I was waiting until I come back from st Croix. But I’m not going this year.

I did an hour of walking on the treadmill. No incline. I feel really good. Later today I’ll do a strength training video. And an abs workout.
 
Did a 12 min upper body strength training off of YouTube using 5 lb weights. And a little abs.

Tomorrow I plan on getting up and going to the gym first thing.
 
So I completed a 24 hr fast!!! Not hungry and still trying to sleep. It’s 12 am. Just having coffee with almond milk and Diet Coke. Tomorrow I’ll start drinking water. After my morning workout or after 8 am.

I’ll continue for another 12 hours! Which is mostly my sleeping. If I fall asleep. If I’m still awake at 5 am then I’ll go to the gym.

So I think I’ll be able to stay home until Monday. Not going by my mom and my sis.

I’m still up. So I guess I wont sleep until tonight. It’s around 5 am. After 30 hours of fasting I ended up eating some ground turkey and a little Mac and cheese. And one slice of bread and a slice of cheese.

Planning on going to the gym around 7 or so.

I met my first goal of 3 lbs lost. So I’ll try for a loss of another 3 lbs. Starting another fast right now.

Well I did end up sleeping. I got up and went to the gym. I walked for an hour on the treadmill and after awhile I increased the incline.

Well my sis invited me over for dinner. It’s actually leftovers from NYE. So fried foods again. And salad. So I think I’ll just eat the salad and a little fried pork. I just hate having to justify why I don’t want the fried unhealthy foods.

NEway I’ll wear my mask over there. My sis was giving me a hard time for going to the gym. I don’t want to be the reason I give anyone COVID. And if NE one gets it they will blame me. Even though they work with COVID patients all the time. My gym requires everyone wear a mask at all times even on the cardio machine. So I feel safe.

Well I did pretty good at dinner just had a small piece of roast pork and salad. No dressing.

Tomorrow I plan on getting up and go to the gym. I plan on fasting. My fast began at 7pm. I’ll try to go 24 hrs.

I just damaged my bumper. Have to get it fixed on Tuesday since I was getting my previous damaged fixed as well.
 
Ate before 10 and had one slice of bread and one slice of cheese. Then I had a little Mac and cheese and 2 wingettes. So my fasting will be from 10pm til tomorrow at 10pm. Since I’ll be up.

With my brother at his appointment. Later today I’ll go to the gym after I do some errands.
 
No exercise today. Got a good amount of walking. The gym was packed at 5 so I left. Only 95 people can go in. will go tomorrow after I get my rented suv.

Ended up eating a tuna packet with onions and peppers and sautéed cabbage slaw all on the stove. It was delicious. And a scrambled egg.

Tomorrow I’m taking my mom breakfast. A bacon egg and cheese on ciabatta. From Panera. And a coffee from heavenly. Still haven’t decided if I’m going to partake of any. I have to do this early because my rental pickup is at 10 am.

The scrambled egg had onion, pepper, cilantro and one slice of bacon. With hot sauce. Homemade with habanero peppers. And 2 shrimp dumplings.

So dinner was only 370 cals. That’s all I had for today so about a day of fasting. Starting another fast till dinner tomorrow or maybe breakfast. Haven’t decided yet! Kinda hard for me to sleep without eating. Even though it’s midnight and I’m not close to sleeping.

Jan 5: 140.8 lbs

For breakfast I had half a bacon, egg, and cheese. And a coffee with almond milk and creamer.

Planning on going to the gym later. Dropping my car off this morning.
 
Went to the gym and did an hour on the treadmill at an incline at 5.0 and 3.2 mph. Getting better! I think later today I’ll do a Zumba video, strength training, abs, and if I can find a stretching video when I get back home.

Fasting for lunch and hopefully dinner. If I do eat it’s going to be really late at night.

Breakfast was half a breakfast sandwich on ciabatta from Panera. Also had a coffee with creamer. I’ll drink another one soon.
 
So I did not do anything when I came back home. Was watching tv and not cleaning up!

I ate half a chicken thigh and half of steamed batata. Had a coffee with reg milk. Late at night.

I have to go grocery shopping. My fridge is empty.
