Jan 6: 139.8 lbs! Finally back in the 130s. And I’m def going to stay here.

Today I’m with my brother at Bedford for his appt. Going to have a Coke Zero. After I reach back I’ll go to the gym.

Going to try to fast till dinner. Have to go buy some stuff from Shaws. My diet soda is done. So need to restock.
 
Had a Irish creme coffee with almond milk and Splenda from heavenly. Had one red velvet donut hole. Couldn’t resist.

I went to the gym and did an hour on treadmill. 7.0 incline and 3.2 mph. I’ll do better tomorrow. Maybe go a little faster. But I’m doing great considering it’s been about a week since I started.
 
Lunch was fish, potatoes, and chopped salad. And I had one more red velvet donut hole.

Going to try to fast the rest of the day.
 
Okay I messed up today. I hope it doesn’t reflect in the scale tomorrow.

I also had half of a blueberry muffin and a little piece of French toast.

My sis always have leftovers and snacks. My motivation is back though.
 
Was feeling hungry. So I had a small bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with almond milk. I hope that tides me over till I fall asleep.

I think that it’ll be easier to fall asleep tonight since I was up really early today. I almost fell asleep when I was by my mom but didn’t.
 
Jan 7: 140.8 lbs

Today I’m fasting again. Obviously I ate too much yesterday. Too much carbs and sweet stuff for the whole day.

This morning I went to get a xlarge iced coffee with almond milk. I didn’t notice until I came home that it was cream. Like a cup of cream. So I threw it out. Waste of 4 bucks! Going to check next time.

Going to the gym this afternoon. I am not going to the weight area at the gym because it looks like it’s impossible to social distance. So I have to do it at home. But I’ve been being lazy when I get back home.
 
Went to the gym. Walked on an incline for an hour on the treadmill. Went a little higher today. 10.0 incline and 3.3 mph. Felt as if I could do more. Will try to do better tomorrow.

I’ll try to do my fitness video when I get home. Hopefully I don’t feel lazy.

Tomorrow morning I have an early appt with my sis. I’m not going to heavenly for awhile. Still upset over the coffee!
 
I came home late after shopping. So no videos.

I fasted all day. I had a late dinner of cereal with almond milk. Planning on going to sleep around 930. Hope I fall asleep.
 
So with all of that eating and drinking I’ve had about 500 cal. (As long as I don’t have anything else). And according to my treadmill I’ve burned about 500 cals. And curious of what my weight will be tomorrow. I haven’t used the bathroom in several days also. And my RMR is only 1280 cal or so. And I’m waking up early tomorrow.

Tomorrow I will not eat until dinner by my sis. Blackend salmon, brown rice, veggies, and beans. And dessert. I’ll just have a little rice and more veggies with the salmon. And I want to say that I won’t have any dessert or wine. But I don’t know yet. Planning on going to the gym after my appt.
 
So I ended up binging on donuts late last night.

141.6 lbs

Today I’m not going to the gym. Kinda lost my motivation!
 
Hey Vic, sorry about the donuts, but what really matters is what you do today! Remember you are still a healthy young woman, one binge won't change that. And try to get some of that motivation back, no reason to lose it over this!

Hang in there, and you will be fine!
 
Thanks, Rob! Today was not so much better than yesterday . But I’m feeling better. Tomorrow is a new day and I’ll do better. Not by my sis this weekend so I’m starting fresh. I hope the damage isn’t to bad!
 
142.8 lbs.

So I’m back feeling motivated. Went to the gym and did a higher incline at 12.0 and went faster at 3.5 mph. But I only did 20 min. Will do better tomorrow!

Drinking a mango tropical fit and active water.

So I should be good until this Friday. So I have about 5 days to workout and lose weight.

This week I plan on getting up and putting on my workout clothes instead of my jeans. And try to workout during the day.
 
Today I’m fasting. I’m actually doing it the better way. I am drinking only water during my fast. No creamer or almond milk in my coffee. And no Diet Coke. I’m fasting until 530 pm. I’ll eat dinner. Then go back to just drinking water.

Dinner is going to be ground turkey and broccoli.

I am not going by my sis today. Going to the gym in a little while. Not in the mood though but I’m making myself just to show up.

Tomorrow I’m going by my mom. She should be leaving within the next couple of weeks. So that means I don’t have to go by my sis during the week. And I can finally go forward on my weight loss.
 
So I went to the gym and walked on an incline 15% and at 3.5 mph for 15 min. Then I jogged for 5 min.

Dinner was good. Ground turkey and broccoli that I made. And a Diet Coke. I just hope that I don’t give in later. My weakness is late at night.
 
I’ll try that, Err. Hopefully it works.

So far at 8pm I’ve done well for the day. Just had 1 Diet Coke at dinner. New for me! Usually I have one every hour or maybe coffee.

Tomorrow I plan on going to the gym early. Hopefully I can get up.
