Vic’s Weight Loss

So I did end up eating oatmeal and a pouch of Capri sun.

For breakfast I had a xl coffee with cream and 2 red velvet donut holes.

As of right now not planning on going to the gym.
 
I’m still awake. No cravings. I decided to brush my teeth with a minty crest toothpaste. (Not my usual one.). I did it at about 10 pm and so far it’s working. No cravings.

Hopefully I fall asleep soon. Have a lot to tomorrow and feeling anxious. I have to backup my moms truck out of a garage. It does have a camera. Hopefully nothing goes wrong but I’m not too good with backing up. Then it has no gps. So I have to use my phone. I don’t usually look at my phone when I’m driving.

Just need to sleep!
 
So I made it to the mechanic and I came back. No accident.

Today I had coffee with creamer and 3 red velvet donut holes for breakfast. Lunch was a shake.

Got my car back. Didn’t even charge me for the bumper so that’s great!

Not planning on going to the gym. Hopefully I’ll go tomorrow. I have to clean my whole house today. Have exterminator coming. Then next week the cleaner is coming. Have to put laundry away.

Today so far I had a McDonald’s coffee with creamer.

Tomorrow I’m getting a shawarma from a food truck here. Already ordered.
 
Today I’m doing a fast. Started last night at 10 pm. Then I’m having nothing until tomorrow around 530 pm. So 43.5 hours. Mostly dirty fast. Drinking coffee with creamer or with almond/cashew milk and Diet Coke. No tasting or anything!

Saving most of my calories for a shawarma from a food trunk which is going to be in my area for tomorrow after noon only. Then I’m back on a fast! My sisters is getting food from 2 restaurants so I should be fine with mine. I’m not drinking alcohol. I had 2 shots of tequila and 2 Diet Coke with rum. Last Friday. So I ended up tipsy. Which I hate that feeling. I drank a vitamin water afterwards.

Just a little plan. I plan on doing OMAD or IF 2:22. I also plan on going to the gym. Will start exercising on Mon. Hopefully I surpass my goal and be ready for the beach/lake/summer.
 
Well I couldn’t fall asleep last night. Ended up eating instead.

141.0 lbs! No too bad since I ate a whole shawarma yesterday from the food truck. Was as good as Cali!

NE way today I’m staying at home. Mostly. I have to pick up my car that I left at my sis. I had to send my mom Jeep to get shipped to Florida.

I already had a bacon, egg and cheese on ciabatta from Panera and a xl coffee from heavenly. I was up early. So I went for breakfast.
 
Still full from breakfast.

Went to the gym and did an hour walk on the treadmill. 15 min on 15% incline and then lowered it and my speed.

Was almost going to the weights but I got scared and left.

Tomorrow I want to get up early and go to the gym. Today I woke up early. Mostly because I had something to do.

I had a walk earlier with my sis and the twins and my mom. Then I went to the gym and did an hour walk on treadmill. I walked for 30 min on 15% incline. Then I walked at a moderate pace for the last 30 min. Then I went and did squats on the machine.

I had chicken breast in a soup for lunch. Dinner is going to be the same but with baby spinach.

Then I bought fruits. Apples, oranges, blueberry and banana. I haven’t had fruits in my diet in a long time because of the sugar. But I’m watching food documentaries on prime. And they promote a plant based diet for your heart and blood vessels among other things. Curing diseases and reversing some. Pretty interesting. So I don’t know if I can cut out a lot of the protein I eat but I can cut back from eating animal protein all the time.

I’ve been drinking more water. But sometimes I get tired of it so I go back to the Diet Coke.
 
So it’s night time and I was a little hungry so I had some cauliflower. I had a water and a Diet Coke. Feeling good now.

Last night I slept really good. Fell asleep quickly. I hope I can repeat that tonight.

I plan on getting up early and go to the gym. I have an appt to get my tire plugged in the morning.

I woke up early today and went to the gym. But I had no energy. So all I did was 10 min on treadmill, 15% incline and 3.0 mph. I will go back later.

Tomorrow if I’m up early. I’ll drink some coffee before I go.

For breakfast I’ll be having some fruit- blueberry and an apple. Lunch I’ll try to skip. Dinner I’m not sure yet.

My appt is at 10 am. I have so much time. Love to get up early.
 
My left arm was feeling weak and then my phone battery almost died so I did not make it to the gym.

My mom is leaving early Saturday morning. She is getting her first dose of the covid vaccine on Sunday on St Croix. That’s why she is leaving so soon. My brother will remain here until he gets the vaccine. He is staying with me. So I can stay at home most days now.

But now that she’s leaving I can finally get back to losing weight. And workout!

Tomorrow I’ll get up and go to the gym early. I have a lot to do getting my mom ready to go. I really hope I can get up!

Today I did not make it to the gym. Not sure if I’ll go later. I’m thinking I won’t go until Sat since I want to spend these last days with my mom.
 
I’ll check my weight on Sunday. Hopefully not too much damaged.

Tonight my mom is leaving. I hope everything goes well. We r getting together to make roti and curry pork. So I’ll eat one final meal and begin my diet tomorrow. I did buy some bok choy. I do have to go shopping.

So we took my mom to the airport early this morning. She missed her connecting flight because she got sick. She will get on another one later.

I went to the gym and walked for 30 min. No incline and slow. I’ll do better tomorrow.
